4CT is a volunteer-operated non-profit organization. We rely on volunteers to help out backstage, run concessions, assist at the box office, paint the sets, usher the shows, and more.

Working 3 shifts of any kind will earn you a voucher for TWO FREE TICKETS to any show at 4CT.
*A shift is defined as a three-hour work period or the runtime of the show (plus setup/clean-up).

4CT uses their Ludus ticketing site for box office, concessions or ushering volunteer sign ups!
You will be prompted to sign up / fill out an application. Once it’s approved, you’ll be able to pick shifts from your account & track your hours!
