4 Community Theatre is excited to offer space rental for arts organizations. Applications are reviewed by 4 Community Theatre.  Decisions are made based upon space availability, show title, and/or additional support needs.

For Profit Organizations and Individuals

Weekly Rate

Monday - Sunday $2,200

Single Day Weekend Rate

Friday, Saturday, Sunday. $1000

Single Day Weekday Rate

Monday - Thursday $600

Non Profit Organizations

Weekly Rate

Monday - Sunday $1,800

Single Day Weekend Rate

Friday-Sunday $700

Technical Support

Your contract includes one training session on how to operate our sound and light boards with our technology coordinator. You are welcome to bring your own lighting and sound people to run and design the show. For an addition cost, we can provide additional technology support. Hang and focus available dependent on schedule. Rate is dependent on contractor.1 hour minimum.

Hourly rate: $40

Build Consultation

Your contract includes one costulation with our set construction manager. You are welcome to bring your own design and construction team. For an addition cost, we can provide additional support.

Hourly rate: $40

Ushering/Concessions/Ticket Sale Support

Do you need help running your event? We can help you run your ticket sales, sell concessions or usher your guests. This add on is dependent on availability.

Daily Rate $40/ person

Additional Storage Rooms

Your contract includes use of the theater, lobby, greenroom, restrooms and lighting booth. It also includes the box office during your performances.

Hotel rooms can be booked through the Ramada front desk: rates vary

Costume, prop, mic and set rentals

4 Community Theatre has been producing high quality productions since 1998 and have amassed a great deal of supplies along the way! Our scene shop, costumes, props, 8 mic packs and set pieces are on site and items can be rented for your productions. Let us see if what he have can help you!
