As we continue to produce new shows, we are evaluating our processes for making sure EVERYONE’S voice is heard. Some ideas include an anonymous form for actors and crew to report any behavior that doesn’t align with our values, a designated individual to be available to actors and crew if they do not feel comfortable talking to a production team member, and clearly stating our values on the first day of rehearsals.

Making sure every individual feels included and respected in our process is very important to us. With growth in our community comes growth within our organization, and we look forward to making any necessary improvements that give voice to individuals that may not feel heard.
